Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our returns facility using a tracked courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
